		<description>I like the simplicity of this course of action, but you are absolutely right about everyone agreeing ahead of time.  This is a perfect example of when the heirs need to know exactly what your plans are - and by defualt, what constitutes your estate.  Surprises will crop up and without the open and honest communiocation it can become more difficult than planned.
