Although that is certainly a commonly held and legitimate emotion; many people want to give their children something more than money. The first George Washington post addresses this issue - what you have to leave to your children hoepfully goes beyond money, the legacy of values is central to the intentions of many people I meet. Not all children and grandchildren are created equal. There should be a chance to fail. There should be a planning way to help some keep failurs from being complete. That's why we need you Mark. Very interesting. Especially this one. I, too, think about what my children are going to do with the money I leave them. I have more confidence in one than the other.
