		<description>Being a Marriage and Family Therapist, I think its the concept of chronic on going stress that is the issue.  No doubt divorce is stessful and some more than others but there needs to be an alternative study about the ill affects of staying in an unhappy and stressful marriage.  I like your points about doing what you can to remove yourself from stressful situations and being proactive in your health.  When a marriage can be fixed then go to a Marriage and Family therapist and fix it and if it can&#039;t , get out and cut your losses and be committed to having a successful life.
